2. Core Responsibilities
Technical & On-Page Mastery
- Conduct comprehensive site audits (crawl errors, speed, mobile UX)
- Implement schema markup, canonicalization, and hreflang
- Optimize content for E-E-A-T and semantic search
Content Strategy
- Develop topic clusters and pillar content for topical authority
- Craft SEO briefs for writers (search intent, keyword mapping)
- Reverse-engineer competitor content gaps
Performance Leadership
- Track KPIs: Organic traffic growth, featured snippets won, conversion rates
- Build high-DR backlinks through strategic outreach
- Stay ahead of Core Algorithm updates and SERP feature trends
